¿Desde hace cuántos días te encuentras con este problema?
¿Se han realizado cambios recientes en el software o en el hardware?
Intenta los siguientes pasos:
Conéctate con la red diferente y comprueba.
Comprueba si la misma red funciona bien con la otra unidad?
Comprueba la dirección IP. (Ve a ejecutar pulsando win + r y escribe cmd y pulsa enter, ahora en la ventana negra escribe ipconfig /all y pulsa enter). Comprueba qué dirección ip v4 estás recibiendo. Si te sale algo como 169.x.x.x empezando por 169 significa que la máquina no está tomando la ip correcta.
Si la ip 169.x.x.x está ahí ve al centro de redes y recursos compartidos (win +r 》 ncpa.cpl y pulsa enter) haz doble click en la opción wifi y pulsa en propiedades. Una vez que aparezca la ventana de propiedades, haga clic en ipv4 y asegúrese de que la ip y el DNS preferido estén configurados en Automático.
Si hay alguna ip diferente en lugar de 169.x.x.x. Anote la puerta de enlace predeterminada y compruebe si puede hacer ping a la puerta de enlace predeterminada. If reply sucessful that means there might be some issue with the Router anf in that case you need to contact to ISP.
If ping to the Default gateway is also not sucessful. Try below commands in cmd(As an Admin):
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /renew
- ipconfig /flushdns
Restart your pc and check. If still not working try the below command in admin mode
netsh int ip reset
Restart and check.
Also make sure your device has latest drivers for the BIOS , CHIPSET, WIFI
if after performing the above issue still persist. Try system restore that will store the registry to the previous date.
Else at the end if nothing is working try os reinstall and check. If after reinstall same issue replace wlan card.
